1. Payment for services booked by the client must be made in the local currency (Swedish Krona, Norwegian Krone, Danish Krone, EUR) or US Dollars.

2. Payment can be made by bank transfer or card.

3. Prices are based on current exchange rates and taxes. O.K. TRAVEL reserves the right to change tour prices in case of price, tariff, and tax fluctuations exceeding 2% by the payment date, to cover increased costs.

3. Booking cancellation policy

Specific terms of cancellation may apply according to each supplier`s terms.
During peak dates (holidays, vacations, congresses) other cancellation conditions may apply, up to a deduction of 100% of the booking amount. In these cases, the Tour Operator follows the cancellation rules of the suppliers and the cancellation conditions are specified in each case.

General booking cancellation terms are as follows:

For individual tourists:

• in case of cancellation more than 14 days prior to the date of providing services – 10% of the total amount, but not less than 300 Euros
• in case of cancellation during 14-7 days prior to the date of providing services – 50%
• in case of cancellation less than 7 days prior to the date of providing services – 100%

For groups:

• in case of cancellation more than 40 days prior to the date of providing services – 10% of the total amount, but not less than 500 Euros
• in case cancellation less than 40 days prior to the date of providing services – 10% of the total amount, but not less than 500 Euros + any penalties under the contract with tour suppliers (hotels, transport companies, guides, etc.).
