Hidden Gems is a showcase of our favourite spots that are off the beaten track. You’ll be introduced to areas that we think are really cool and local, and will give you a great insight into what life in Copenhagen is like. We’ll take either the southern or northern route depending on what’s happening in the harbour on the day you sail.

Copenhagen Harbour is undergoing a rapid transformation from an industrial harbour to a leisure destination open to all city dwellers. During the summer months, it’s a vibrant venue that ties the city together and attracts a variety of water-based activities. You’ll see kayaks floating by and happy Danes jumping into the water. We’ll show you our favourite spots and hidden gems, whether you’re looking for an afternoon beer in the sun, a quiet morning coffee or just a relaxing break away from it all.

As we explore the immediate areas away from the inner city, you’ll see how former industrial buildings are being transformed into new spaces where new and old mix in new architectural structures. Some are designed by renowned architects like Bjarke Ingels, and some by emerging talents. You’ll get a glimpse of how design and lifestyle play a major role in Copenhagen’s new development and are an integral part of the Danish way of life.
