Sognefjord is the longest and deepest fjord in Norway, and also one of the most picturesque.

A tour of Sognefjord offers a unique opportunity to enjoy incredible landscapes, waterfalls, high mountains and picturesque villages. Along the way, you will see many waterfalls, such as Nigardsfossen, and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains and forests. Along the fjord are charming villages such as Flam and Grudal. The Sognefjord journey is a fairy tale that takes you through wild and beautiful nature, idyllic fjord villages. You will travel by train from Bergen to Myrdal, where you will change to the tourist Flåm Railway for the train to Flåm. This is a unique railway that will take you from 860 meters above sea level to the Sognefjord in just 1 hour. The Bergen Railway will take you on a comfortable journey where you can relax and enjoy the scenery of the fjords and highlands outside your window.

In Flåm, there is a stop for lunch before continuing the boat trip to Bergen. You can also do this journey in the opposite direction, starting with a boat trip from Bergen to Flåm.
