How to pay on-line
Through the online payment form you can pay by a credit or a debit card for the ordered services which were confirmed by OK Travel AB. Before proceeding with the payment, please read Trading Terms and Conditions.
If you have not order services you are interested in yet, you are welcome to do that with our website ordering form or via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
An invoice sent to you by email is considered a payment confirmation. Acceptable payment methods are a Bank Transfer or a Credit Card payment on the website. After your payment was received by OK Travel AB, a voucher for the services will be sent to you. Most services must be paid 100% in advance, otherwise the conditions must be agreed with your manager.
How to pay:
We accept Visa, Master Card and Maestro Cards. Upon payment an administrative fee will be withheld, please specify the amount with your manager.
The invoice you received by e-mail contains the invoice number, order reference and invoice amount.
In the payment form you would need to fill in by yourself the invoice number, the amount, besides you choose the currency in which you would like to make the payment (EUR, USD, SEK, NOK, DKK), your e-mail, name and comment (here you can mention reference no.).Then click “Go to Payment” and fill out all the necessary Credit/Debit Card information.
Upon completion of the procedure, you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.
